Will I need a tune?

I just got my car tuned 2months ago for my bolt ons its a/f was 12.4/1 timing is 30.5*advance I have stock heads and cam

I was thinking of installing a ls hotcam I just want a small cam and some exhaust lope I really dont want to pay the car to be tuned again But Im thinking theres no way I can change cams and not need a tune is that true? would it run horrible and be way to lean at wot?

Why didn't you wait until after the cam install to get a tune? I don't know where you got your tune from, but a retune usually isn't over $100.
