can I use the GM VATS system?????
can I use the GM VATS system????? I am putting a ls3 427 in my 69 camaro and would like to know if it would be possible to use the GM VATS system from a 93 camaro, it is a stand alone module. it does not have to cut off the injectors like original, I was thinking it could cut the power to the MAST motorsports e90 ECM so it would not start. the research I have done i come up with the vats system sends out a pulse width modulated signal to the original gm emc to turn off the injector pulse, would this work to turn on or off a relay that connects power to the ecm to turn it on and off. I like the factory system and do not want to put a A/M **** alarm on the car. any help would be great
