I have a diablo predator tuner and have put 42lb injectors in my ls1. Can anyone tell me what I need to have the slope set at? I went to there website an it gave me a formula to figure it out. I didn't get it Also don't know what size the stock injectors are.

Do a scan of your LTFTs and see where they are. With that, you can figure out what to do with the injector slope.

That's a heck of a change, not sure there is enough adjustment in the Predator to effectively double the injector size...

Email me the current tune and I'll scale it for the 42s properly.
