Default p0122 code?

Hi guys, I am getting this code still after replacing the tps! Is it possible for this code to be thrown if you dont have the tps set right (by this I mean the correct voltage at the tps at idle). I changed the throttle body to a 90mm, heads and cam and texas speed mail tune and now I am throwing this code was wondering what could cause it. The car dont want to idle right and when it does idle it stalls if I lightly press the throttle or apply the brakes when in gear. It is up on jack stands now. Any info appreciated.

do you have a DMM?

check the voltage going to it, should be 5 volts

check the ground. and check the connector for resistance.

check the signal voltage at idle and then WOT, and no the car doesnt have to be running, just turn the key on so power gets to it.

that and try unplugging it and see if the car still runs.

I beleive thats a low voltage code or a low reference code.

which means its not getting enough power to send back the right voltage or its not giving out enough.

check the wire that sends the signal back to the PCM, check how much resistance is in it, you have the isolate the wire to do this, unplug it from both ends and see how much resistance is in the wire, should be as close to 0 as possible, then do the same for the power wire if 5 volts isnt getting to it.

if both of them are good, its something to do with the sensor.

maybe its not lined up right to the new throttle body
