Battling KR
Battling KR I am dealing with a KR issue, instead of getting high octane gas I copied the low octane table to the high octane table and I am still gettting approx 4* of KR even though the timing in the WOT gms/cyl vales are 14 and 16 * of timing. This seems to only occur in the higher RPM ranges 4.7-6K, any suggestions. I am gonna start with my pulley today hoping that if I go back to stock I will remedy the problem. Currently I have a SLP pulley that was purchased 2-3 years ago. Anyone have any other ideas to check before i ****** that bad boy off

I remember a number of people claiming the SLP pulley causes your exact problem. If you will have the stock pulley, why not spend a few dollars on a new bolt, and swap the pulleys. See if it goes away.... It would not take long to do.

Thats what i have been doing since 11:00 this morning. Now you ask why is it taking so long.

2. THe installer i rented isnt long enough
3. it took me forever to get the damn pulley of with that three legged pulley. But now that i look at the pulley i was supposed to use the ones with the dowels instead
