Bad PCM???

Bad PCM??? I just bought a 1998 Trans Am M6. The car is currently throwing codes from the IAT sensor, EGR sensor, AIR system, and the A/C compressor clutch request stuck on all of the time. Every time I clear the codes, they all com back within the first drive. Thing is, everything is working properly, minus the A/C compressor continually pumps. Does this sound like a bad PCM. The car runs and drives great. Seems to get 30 MPG or better on the highway too. Thanks!
