Default Any way to dial in stft?

Just finished dialing in my ltft and was wondering about the stft levels. Any purpose on adjusting these, and how does one go about doing it? Thanks.

If your LTFT's are good, no real need to worry about STFT's.

They are just that..short term trims. They are reset every time you have a new ignition cycle. The LTFT's are in essence an accumulation of the STFT's. While running your car if the STFT's vary past a certain threshold, then it changes your LTFT's.

Hope that clarifies.

yeah...

man, you're hittin' around ALL the forums... don't trust me (us) over at the diablo forums?? HAHAHAHA j/k man...

you don't want to judge anything by the Short term fuel trims... you have to go by the average LTFT's...

Lol no I trust diablo forums too I just find I don't get as many replies over there (although some would argue you only need one; the RIGHT one lol). I don't believe I posted this same question over there however but I could be wrong. Well thanks again Lew
