Quick Question regarding an issue with HP Tuners..
Quick Question regarding an issue with HP Tuners.. Hey guys i have a 98 LS1 that i swapped into a V6 car. i could not pass emissions because my SES lights were on for no rear O2's, Skip Shift, i have no air pump, and no EGR.
A friend with HP tuners tried to flash my PCM with the same settings as his but my PCM would NOT take the tune. The codes just kept coming back. Was this because he did not purchase the credits to tune my particular PCM? I think the only thing we were able to change was when my cooling fans came on.
Also my car is falling flat on its face if i try to give it more then half throttle. I have checked my fuel pressure and it never drops below 57-60 PSI. However i do have a used MAF sensor with no screen that i am using. Would the MAF cause this problem?
