Need help with these codes...

Need help with these codes... Got my car scanned again and this is what came up. Could this be my MAP or can anyone help me out? Thanks..
Codes are
P0106:
Vehicle has one or more of these components. Engine load or the AIR volume entering the engine is measured by these components. The computer has recognized a return signal error.
&
P1153:
ECM has detected the switch ratio of rich to lean and lean to rich was below a determined number problem cause.
1.Failed HO2S21 heater circuit
2.HO2S-21 Signal shorted the ECM Ground
3.Improper oxygen supply to sesor- Check sensor connector and wires.
Could both of these codes be caused by my MAP or what? O2's are brand new by the way.
