My headlights are having some issues. Whenever the fog lights come on my headlights pop up then go right back down.. Then the right headlight fucken grouls at me for about 5 seconds.. So whenever I lock my car or unlock it the fucken headlights pop up then down and growl at me.. Anyone have an idea how to fix it? 
Yup. Your car monitors the life/degradation of the headlight motors that pop your headlights up and down.
When those motors are near the end of their life, the lights are programmed to do that whenever you lock/unlock the car or pop up/down the lights.
