Help!!!
I plugged all vaccume ports and sprayed the entire engine area down with propane, no change!
I also compression checked everything also. The only thing I haven't checked is the wires from the ECU to the o2 connecter but other than that what the hell could it be?
Any help at all will be more than appreciated! My car has never idled right either (surging and hunting for idle) I gave up on the idle problem though (tried to fix it about 5 million times!) but now I can't even drive the damn thing! I'm willing to pay what little money I have to who ever can help me! Also you will be my new offical sponsor! In case you don't know It's pretty quick and would make a good name for any shop/person! MODS: All bolt-ons, ARE forged bottom end, ARE heads, custom grind, t400 w/ brake, 4000 stall, strange rear, and direct port
P.S. I know Evil is the man to talk to but I bothered him enough already and he is very busy! Plus it's a drive for him and I don't think its a good idea to drive that far with this problem.
Running open headers will set 02 codes due to fresh air getting sucked in.At least run 16" extensions.
SLP fan switch can make bank 1 run like crap(SLP wired some switches wrong)If you have one.
Get A-tap and tune ASAP.So far I've seen 2 ARE motors die from people not tuning them and driving around on them poorly tuned.Hate to see another one.
