Lightbulb Tuning from scratch

Once again I redid my car, I went from a 408, ls2 with a th350. Now I have a 408, LS6 heads P&P, 232/232 cam, LS6 intake ported with 85mm maf and tb. I dont want to go SD because i want to run a dry NOS setup shortly. Also have a 4l60e with 3200 stall. There are the details. I have setup SD to get my VE tables good and they are decent now, I tuned the tranny and took out torque management, tuned for the 48lb injectors already. Here are my new questions:

(1) do i need to reset my ltfts, or will they relearn themselves based on my new setup?
(2) do i need to retune my maf and how? I set the MAF fail high to 0 for the VE tuning, I forgot what the original was, 15000hz? What SES code do you reenable after you finish tuning VE?
(3) If you look at my run you can see that after driving for a while my IAT stopped is 130-150ish range, is this normal?

Thanks for all the help here is my tune and last run.

sorry short on time, but you are DEAD lean at WOT. Your MAF does need to be recal'd as you noted...

Put the wideband on and log AFR error against MAF freq. The error is all in the MAF table. It looks to be about 2.5-3 point leaner than commanded, so your MAF table is wayyy off, at least up top.
