Trying to pull timing back(HPTuners)

Trying to pull timing back(HPTuners) First off I would like to apologize for my lack of knowledge. I've been searching on here as well as through the HPTuners website. I have learned a bit about tuning the A4(can't wait to try it out tomorrow) but I'm a complete noob with everything else. Now onto the question...
I have a 00 C5, everything except the trans parameters are stock. I'm wrapping up my nitrous install tomorrow(NX 150 wet blah blah) and I'm looking to pull some timing back. From previous experiences and searching I figure about -4 degress will be sufficient, I understand these cars have a base timing of 28 so that should land me at 24 degrees.
Now what I don't get is which table do I change? I want to say the "Main Spark Advance-High/Low Octane" but to be honest I don't know what the hell I'm looking at
