help hypertech broke

hey i got a hyper tech power programmer
i set my gear ratio and tire sizes a year ago
i just got a bigger gear and need to reset it

i plug in my hypertech and nothing happens it dont work at all
i have a friend with a predator that i like and he selling it to get hptuners
will it work on my car and override the hypertech since i cant reprogram it back to stock???? calling hypertech on tues though

No you need to put it back to stock first.

Does it power up at all?

If it does, does it show a VIN when its powered on?

There are ways to put them back to stock.

If it's not powering up at all check the CIG/ACCY fuse.
