Default Throwing codes: p0121 p0135 p0155

I know they are the o2 sensors in bank 1 and 2. The other code is a tps sensor. Now I've replaced all three sensors that were working perfectly fine, before I put them on my car and it still throws the same codes. I also found out that my vacuum line that connects to the back of the manifold was off, once I pushed it back on I thought at least the tps code would stop going off but it still does. I also don't know if these are the front o2s or rears. My tuner should have tuned the rears off but who knows he could have forgot or something. So if anyone has any ideas, before I just go buy all three new ones. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Has your throttle body been jacked with at all? I'm away from my service materials, but if I remember right, those are just lean codes for bank one and two, which has nothing to do with your downstream sensors. The vacuum leak probably cured that for you.

its a ptm 90 throttle body... and it has the fresh air line capped... so I don't know where else it could come from. could it throw those codes, because the tune was to lean? I had it tuned before I found the vacuum leak, could that throw the tune off. Or the tune was never on due to that line not being hooked up..

wow no one else has any info on this... I think I'm just going to take it back to the tuner and see if it is in the tune... because he did tune it while the vacuum line was off... maybe that threw off the tune..
