Default Injector Circuit Malfunction??

I've been getting code P0200 on my 99 Camaro. From the searches I done. I found that I have a short or a break in a wire. I've tore the wiring harness apart and went over all the wires. I found the reference low wire to the coil was ground out. Could this be my problem?
Thanks

When I got P0200, it turned out to be one injector with out-of-spec resistance.

I disconnected all 8 injectors and used an Ohm-meter to test resistance across each injector. I found 7 injectors nearly identical, and one that was significantly different.

Write down all 8 numbers and post here.

When it first did it. I had new set SVO 30# I swapped in. Didn't make a difference. I have already checked the injectors and they all in range.

Great! Next step is the spark plug wires. Pull each one, get a resistance reading, and re-install if they're all in spec. Ensure you get a nice firm click on both the coil end and the injector end as you seat them.

Mine threw P0200 and P0300 shortly after installing new aftermarket plug wires, turned out one was defective. Lesson learned...always check resistance, even on new plug wires.

Have you replaced the shorted wire yet. That should be the first thing you do.
