Default M6 to A4 swap?

I am swapping from m6 to a4 and I need to retune for it. I'm running SD with COS3. Do I have to reflash to a stock a4 tune and start over or can I load in the a4 portion some other way. I would rather not have to rebuild my tune from scratch but I can if I have to. Thanks

What I'm asking is do I have to actually reflash the whole OS or do I just flash in the a4 tune into the custom operating system?

I understand this is EFI-Live(?)

Just flash in your favourite A4 calibration and start scanning to check it's all good.
