KR issues

KR issues I have been chasing my Tip in and WOT KR issues for about 6 month with no luck. Any time I gun the throttle say from 10% to 30% or more, I get KR and at WOT I get KR. I have my LTFT's from - to -5 and I am at a point where if I add 1% to my PE/RPM I get more KR and if I remove 1% from my PE/RPM I get more KR. I also mixed 50/50 100 octane with 91. and no luck. Any Ideas???

No not sure, Everything is tight, as I can tell, with the exhaust. I have the stock pully, so can't see that being an issue. Though I have never heard any audible noise from the motor. With throttle tip-in I see any where from 1* all the way to 9.1* KR. Depending on my speed when I ge on it. With WOT I see 4.5KR. I get it more than 80% of the time!

what temps your car running at? and what plugs do u have? i did a tune up with mds wires and ngk plugs and then i have my temps at abut 172-176 and its perfect now. can you explain false knock from headers or pulleys???
