Go to the tune repository in the sticky @ the top of this page. The link will bring you to downloaded stock tune files.

thanks but this is EFILive right can i still use EFILive software to copy and paste im using HP tuner

Just use a camaro one. I just checked the repository and there is a 98 stock tune on there for a camaro. I doubt GM did a different tune on each car.
