Tune Locked - Need help

My tuner locked my tune years ago apperently. I am trying to get my car started and delete vats. What can I do? It will not let me access the tune. Can I just write the stock tune over the locked tune and be cool or what can I do.

contact Geoff or Frost to get your tune unlocked. Or get back with the original tuner to unlock it.

What program did the original tuner use to tune the car. They may have used a custom operating system that cannot be read by the other program, IE EFI live cannot read HPTuners Custom operating system and vice a versa. If the tune is for sure locked, contact the original tuner and wring his neck or get a hold of the formentioned people and they can help you!!!
