Everyone's is a little different, but it amounts to leaning the WOT fuel mixture, adding ignition timing, raising the rev limit, and disabling COTs and torque management. How much of each of these you do is what varies and too much can damage your engine. You need a good data loging program like EFILive and a wideband O2 meter to do it right. A dyno with wideband would be another method.
