Go with either HP Tuners or EFI Live. There are lots of do-it-youselfers here and can get tons of support.
Thats gonna be quite the feat for tuning injectors if this is your first time tuning with software. More than likely will need to email you tune to a willing experienced member to look it over and give you some pointers.
