Question Signs of bad coil.

What are the signs of bad coils or a coil that is going out. Ignition failure I guess is what im asking. Would it include lose of high rpm . Thanks

check you plugs and wires first, that was my problem

Plugs are all the same color, TR6s, wires Look to be ok to burning on headers and so fourth. The car just turned 20000miles.

my deal was my plugs werent pluged in all the way. what about your air fuel at WOT? my lean condition caused my car to feel like it was slowing down but i couldnt hear detonation. im just throwing stuff out there really. if i were u and thought the coil might be bad then jsut pull off the caps on the coil and put an old wire and plug in there and see if they all arc the same...

You will know if a coil is bad. It will throw a code.
