Default AFR problem at rain

Hi ! I have some problems with my LQ9 engine. When I cruise at low TP percentage (10-20%) the AFR (Innovate LC-1) fluctuate between 13-18(max) and I can feel that I loosing power when the AFR goes to 18. The AFR increase to max (18) for 1-2 seconds and the back to normal 13-14. If I hit the throttle to WOT the AFR does not fluctuate. If I drive the car during rain the engine runs on like 4-5 cylinders when the AFR goes to max(18). This occurs during several minutes and then back to normal. After a couple of minutes it is the same problem again. I have made a plastic bag for the PCM just to be sure that it is not water splashing on the PCM. The PCM does not throw any DTC. Anyone ?

Default

sounds like you've got a leak somewhere; probably in the exhaust
