Default Forcing TCC Lock-Up.

I need help with making my TCC lock up at the track. I am running a high stall and running out of gear so I need to lock the converter at about 105mph. In EFI Live I set all of the "apply" settings to where I want but what am I suppose to do with the "release" setting? Remember I am at 100%tp and wanting to lock the converter. Any help would be appreciated.

Let me clarify what's going on, I have the apply set at 105 and release set at 255 and it's still not locking up for me. Anyone have any suggestions?
