HPTuners To EFIlive and back

HPTuners To EFIlive and back So I have been messing around with HPTUNERS for about 2 years, and I suck at it first off, not bad, I can do the basics. but Vengence came out and tuned my car with EFI Live. Now I am in hawaii and none of us use efi live, the whole 5 of us that actually mess with LSX cars. However when I plugged my HP Tuners back into my computer I was able to read the computer 100%. I need to change my injector size and change my shift points. Will this F up my computer in any way? I guess what I am saying is can i go HP Tuners, EFI LIVE and back to HP TUNERS no problems?
