Do I need to tune?

Do I need to tune? With the mods I have listed I am running rich. If I ditch the SLP MAF will this possibly cure the problem, or should I leave it on and get it tuned. I just added the rear O2 simms also, but I know that just gets rid of the SES light due to the headers. The car ran great before with the SLP MAF w/o the screen, but since I had the headers, Y pipe, new hi flow cats, and cam installed, it runs rich and idle jumps all over from 1000 rpm to 500 rpm, and even stalls occasionally when I get off of the freeway. I have no idea what to do and apprecitate all the info you guys can provide. It will be about 2 weeks before I can tune so I am also hoping not to screw anything up in the mean time.
