I want to sell my Hypertech Programmer, but in order to do so, I want to be sure that he unit is ready for another vehicle. I reset all fields back to "stock" settings before I did a major tune.

I should be good to go now, right? I don't want to go back into the program after a custom tune, fearing I would lose everything.

if you did not hit "y" to go back to stock, the unit is locked.

your only real choice is to talk to you tuner, and see if they will reflash the computer, after you set it to stock, most will if you got it tuned recently.
