Where to buy OBDII to USB cable?

just like the title says i need the cable for my 95, which is one of the weird years that has OBDI PCM but OBDII port, and i need it to be USB for my new laptop...

If anyone has a used one laying around that would be awesome as i'm not looking to break the bank on this purchase...

That does not look like a quality cable IMO.
ALDU1 and CABL2 Combo

That cable says its on backorder and i'd like to order it tomorrow and have it here by friday or so... Any other places anyone knows of?
