I would like a little insight on this as well, i'm in the process of building a 408 n/a and I was considering running about 11.8:1 compression on E85 but i'm not sure what fuel system upgrades and what size injectors I would need, i'd assume a higher volume fuel pump would be necessary, but would 42lb injectors be large enough?

not to but in on your thread, just sharing thoughts

96's will not get you very far hp wise. A good point to start is just hit the board with 30%. More then likely in the end you will have about 20% more at part throttle and 25% coming into boost and 30 at full tilt. As for ignition lead start low and work your way up. You will find out how much the e85 likes advance pretty quick!
