Just picked up a 99 4.3 5 speed S10. All thats done to the truck so far is P&P MAF, TB restrictor delete, Cat delete, Muffler, and cut airbox. Other than that truck is stock. While driving if I push in the clutch the rpms will either come up slightly or stay where they are at until I come to a complete stop. Did this when it was all stock as well. Also truck will maintain speed if i let off gas in gear. Getting really annoying. I know its not an LS1 but I know you guys have your **** together so asking here. Thanks

see how they removed the restrictor plate if they cut it where the throttle plate could be sticking or if they drilled out the rivets to remove it

 

I did it personally and all the holes have been filled
