Crank and no fire
Crank and no fire I have a built 403 that was just completed. tried starting for the first time this weekend and car cranks but will not fire. We have spark but no fuel. we have fuel at the rail. injectors are not opening. base tune was put in just for break in. stock tune was put back in to see if there was a change. new cam and crank sensors were installed today with no change. what controls the injector opening and closing? the cam sensor harness was also repined being it was from katech. just looking for somebody to shed some light. this car is burnin my ***
Found it. The power wire for both injector fuses and sensors was faulty. Put a jumper in between and it fired. Gonna run a new power wire this evening and be done with it. probably a mouse. The car was stored for 2 years.
