Unhappy Obd - No Power

CAn someone please help me? I do not have any power at the OBD II outlet and cannot get my OBD scan tool to work. Is there a fuse or some other area to fix to get power to the outlet in the car?
Thanks

Yes, there is a fuse. It's located in the cabin, in the drives side fuse box.

I think it's the cigarette lighter/accesory fuse.
