Speed Density tuning?

Speed Density tuning? ok so i know alot of turbo guys use this the question is why? im a newb to tuning and ive just been wondering. whats the advantages over having a MAS? is it like a forced induction thing or do NA/Nitrous guys do it?
If im not mistaken, the FI guys max out their MAF's so they go speed density... I am actually running in speed density and to me, the car feels quicker and responds better. Going to the track soon to see how it does.

whats your lid to tb look like now? mind letting me see a pic or 2?
I have a 90mm (4") TB so I just bought this to connect the lid to the TB. You might have to cut it a little but its no big deal.
