Idle Problems?

Idle Problems? 02 Trans Am with heads and cam, long tube headers and custom tuning by LS1 Speed. Just installed Moser 12-bolt and McLoed single disk clutch kit and now I have an idle problem. Before it wanted to idle surge like it was wanting to go dead so I did the drill mode in the throttle body but now it wants to idle between 2500 and 3000 before it comes back down and then when I come to a complete stop after about 5 or 10 seconds it goes back to normal at 800 rpms. But what's really weird is before I come to a stop sign and push the clutch in it idles at about 2500 rpms and if I put it in neutral and let the clutch out it will go to 3000 rpms and then like I said when I come to a complete stop it will go back to 800 after about 5 or 10 seconds. Can I check this problem with my predator and if so please tell me how and if it is safe with custom tuning so I don't erase anything. Please help me with this problem...any suggestions will be appreciated. Also wanted to let you know I did order a new throttle body and it still does it with the stock IAC hole.
If it hasn't had many miles since the last PCM change, give it some more time. If it's already went through a tank of gas, reset the PCM or do a PCM relearn procedure. That took care of it on my car.
There's an idle relearn procedure that's kind of like standing on your head while you wiggle your toes and sing Yankee Doodle Dandy all at the same time, LOL. I think it's also different on M6 cars than A4. So all I do is unhook the car battery for half an hour then hook it back up.
