The stock AFR (WOT) and timing advance (*) ( WOT) of a stock 01 Z28 tune ???

Help so I can use it as a base.

You need to be more specific.AFR can be 11.8-1 to 12.5-1 and timing ussually is 18 degree's at 1400rpm climbing to 26 degree's at 6200rpm.
Don't know if that will help any.
