need help asap

My car has a bad miss in closed loop from idle till about 75% throttle or so???? Shouldnt it only be in closed loop at WOT?
It is giving the code 306(Cylinder 6 Missfire) and sometimes 300(random multiple missfire)??WTF now keep in mind this is a totaly stock tune,cam heads, etc. just headers!
Ive changed the coil,plug ,and plug wire on cylinder 6 it sounds like it has a dead cylinder but if i put my foot in it (WOT) all the power feels like its there?? Someone PLEASE help me?

no i will do that tomorow i was so mad with this thing i was ready to sell it. could something electrical cause this i dont think its mechanical

Could possibly be a bad 02 on that bank.But I would check for a bent pushrod on cylinder 6.Fairly easy to do.
