LTFT Bank 2 stuck at -100

Default LTFT Bank 2 stuck at -100

This is on an LT1 using Autotap for logging and LT1Edit to program.
I just got the new engine running about a month ago. Desmogged, no cats, forged 355. Same injectors, fuel pump, and basic tune as before. I have modded the tune to delete the AIR, EGR & rear O2s, nothing more. At first, both STFTs and LTFTs for both banks were updating. Now, however, bank 2 is stuck at -100. I have tried resetting the PCM by pulling the fuse, reloading the same s/w load as before, and going back a version. Still stuck at -100. LTFT bank 1 is updating, and both STFTs are updating. This is for the last ~100 miles, and 2-3 hours of running.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Sometimes Just pulling the PCM fuse doesnt always work, try pulling the battery terminals for a full 60 seconds to stop all current. Might help.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it, but the LTFT is still stuck at -100. Any other suggestions are certainly welcome.

maybe a bad O2 sensor? I would think if it is always showing lean, but not totally dead it could do something like this. Is it toggling over and under stoich?

A good suggestion, I'll go look.
I just charted it out in Excel, and both sensors look about the same. The normal bouncing around from ~50 to ~870. That is how they used to look, so I assume they are doing their job.
I just helped a friend out the other week with his car, and his O2 sensors were "lazy". Staying at low voltages most of the time, occasionally bouncing up to ~900. Units in Mv, of course.
This is pretty frustrating, since I can't get on with my tune until this gets solved.

Also, since the STFTs on that side are updating normally, shouldn't the LTFTs update as well? I guess I could swap the O2s around and see if it follows the sensor, if that is recommended.

Default Issue resolved

I started working backwards based on the data I examined while investigating the comments in this thread. If the O2s were working, and both STFTs were working, it follows that the LTFTs have to work. So, I loaded a different config file into Autotap, and it started working correctly.
I loath that effing program, but it is the only one available to the bastard child OBDII LT1s.
Thanks to those who gave me the insight to work through this issue.
