Looking to go 3 Bar SD..

Is there a sensor out that is a direct plug in? I was told that there is one available. I tried searching, but I couldnt find anything on this. Is SD worth going to with a procharged setup?

It helps if your car is 99 or newer otherwise no SD. The sensor I used was the MAP from a chevy colbalt.
