02 sensors and fuel pump

02 sensors and fuel pump hi ! i have a 98 ls1 camaro that i owned since new, it has 150 000 miles on it... about a month ago the engin light came on (went off once in awhile) the car ran great til one afternoon when i was heading home from work - it started but only ran a few seconds - felt as it ran out of fuel (got rough idle and shut down) it turns but wont start...
i got a hold of a obd 2 reader and it had 5 codes - indicating all o2 sensors were bad with faulty cat... i can live with that, as they are due to be replaced with this mileage(never changed yet)
*my question is this - i DO NOT hear the fuel pump with the ignition on now ??? Would these faulty o2 sensors shut the fuel pump off ???
am i looking at changing all 4 sensors with cats... AND fuel pump also ??
