Default need help with misfires before i go crazy

ok guys i have 2002 ss 6 speed and it misfires like crazy sometimes it will clear out but that doesnt happen to much it throws a p0300 and the blinking ses light it only shows a miss on number 1 cylinder and sometimes 8 and 3 i have swapped the coils and tested for voltage on both sides of the coil and there is no problem i have changed the wires to msd's and plugs, the plugs twice diffrent brands each time i have swapped out injectors i have swapped out the crank position sensor there are no vacume leaks and i am sure all the plug wires are on good on the coil and plug have also checked for fuel pressure and its good this is driving me crazy any help would be awesome

Id say pull the driver side valve cover and look for bent pushrods on #1. They bend quite easily, especially with a m6.

any other ideas i checked they all seamed fine on the driver side

try doing a compression check? I had miss fires and it ended up being the plugs i was using... still have some, but it doesn't throw codes.

i have done a comp. check and everything looked fine

after driving the car for about thirty mins it clears out and runs fine but hte ses light is still on
