Default laptop wont connect to pcm

ok i have been trying to tune my car. everytime we try the laptop cant connect with my pcm.. i have tried two other computers and the same prob. we tune my buddies car with the same laptop and it connects just fine.. what could this be.

Key on?

Go to VatoZone and have them hook up the OBD scanner...If theirs doesn't connect either, it's most likely a fuse or a wiring issue.

lol .yea the key is on. could a lose ground somewhere that would cause it..

It's probably a fuse.

Its definitely a fuse. The OBD should be on the same fuse as the cig lighter. If that does work then that would be the fuse to check.
