Diablo Rev Limits On/Off ???

OK I think i understand that the rev limit "on" controls where the rev limiter comes on, but what does the rev limit "off" setting control? both are set at 6190 for all gears. I`d like to bump them up a bit but trying to figure this out before i change anything. Thanks

Set limit on at say 6800 like mine, then limit off at 6780, again like mine. It hits the limiter, bouces once or twice until the RPM is below the "off" seting"
