Default Rev limiter wont change!

Just finished my 6.0 build. Wiseco pistons, crower rods, Torquer 3 cam, Stock heads, 10.6:1 compression. Been dyno tuning it but cant get rev limiter to change. Ive tried everything. The thing takes every change i make to the computer except the rev limiter. Im using HP tuners btw. Its building power but shuts down at 6250. Ive got it to 386hp and 376ft lbs. Peak power is at rev limiter. Im thinking itll make 405-410 if i can rev the damn thing to 7k. Any ideas on what to do? Think the numbers sound right? any help greatly appreciated.
