Wideband acting funny....

Wideband acting funny.... My wideband is an AFX NGK and i did a log with HPtuners and AFR was great.....
turn off the car and start it back up (no changes to the tune) and the damn afr says it REALLY LEAN...
turn it off and start it again and its still saying way lean....
so i get home and then get ready to go to dairqueen an hour or so later and it says its about right again....
I have no AIR EGR O2's and i am running a FM turbo setup with the downpipe dumped by starter.
Is the 02 sensor going bad?
Spark plug fouing out? not noticing a stumble or miss though....
