Default Is this a EBCM or BPMV Issue?

Still having issues with my ABS (EBCM - Electronic Brake Control Module).

After i found the break in the wheel speed sensor wire back in July, my ABS light was still ON. I got frustrated and put the fix on the back burner. I ended up buying a Mac Tools Mentor Scan tool and pulled the following ABS C Codes.

1211 - antilock brake system warning lamp circuit malfunction
1213 - abs active indicator circuit malfunction
1216 - electronic brake control relay coil circuit open
1227 - left rear excessive wheel speed variation
1244 - left front channel won't move
1246 - rear channel will not move
1252 - left front channel in release too long
1253 - right front channel in release too long
1262 - right front motor short to ground
1276 - left front solenoid circuit open/short to ground
1292 - open brake switch when abs was required
1293 - diagnostic troubl ecode c1291 / c1292 set last or current ignition cycle

Of course none of these have any pathfinder or troubleshooting in the tool and aren't in the service manual either.

I drove the car around and took a look at the wheel speed sensors and while my speedo said about 20mph the wss (LF/RF) were showing 60mph on the tool's data display and 3 mph for the LR & 60mph for the RR. Also the EBCM Batt and Ignition Voltage were both at 0V

This lead me to believe that my EBCM was bad, so i purchased one off Ebay in August. I put the new module on with my exisit brake pressure modulator valve and followed my manual to the T for replacement.

This time i got the following codes

1211 - antilock brake system warning lamp circuit malfunction
1213 - abs active indicator circuit malfunction
1216 - electronic brake control relay coil circuit open
1244 - left front channel won't move
1246 - rear channel will not move
1253 - right front channel in release too long
1262 - right front motor short to ground
1276 - left front solenoid circuit open/short to ground
1277 - left front solenoid short to battery

because of 1276 and 1277 as well as 1213 i again was pointed to thinking that the EBCM was bad and that someone screwed me on ebay.

So this time i sent, last week, the original EBCM (1st set of codes) out to get repaird at Module Master.com who repairs the bosch modules. They called me after a day and said they could see no chips needing replacement (i guess they look for damaged parts) and said that my model they are unable to test.

So i decided to call the local junk yard for a module (i installed the EBCM with the brake pressure modulator valve as an assembly into the car today). I again followed the manual to a T and i got these codes this time.

1211 - antilock brake system warning lamp circuit malfunction
1213 - abs active indicator circuit malfunction
1214 - electronic brake control relay contact circuit open
1215 - electronic brake control relay contact circuit always active
1216 - electronic brake control relay coil circuit open
1217 - electronic brake control relay coil shorted to ground
1218 - electronic brake control relay coil circuit shorted to voltage
1221 - left front wheel speed = 0
1222 - right front wheel speed = 0
1223 - left rear wheel speed equals 0 miles per hour
1224 - right rear wheel speed equals 0
1225 - right front excess wheel speed variation
1227 - left rear excessive wheel speed variation
1228 - right rear excessive wheel speed variateion
1232 - left front wheel speed sensor circuit open/shorted

I also took some data while driving and the LF, RR, RL wheels had the same wheel speeds (during acceleration and deceleration) and the LR seemed to only stay at 3 mph the entire time

This go around i'm seeing many of the same codes for each of the 3 EBCMs so i'm sitting the fence as to if the EBCM is bad. However looking at the latest i checked the fuses under the hood to the ABS and they were all good!

I'm not sure where to begin! I am having trouble finding almost all of these codes as they are not in the service manuals.

Thanks for any insight and help anyone can give!!!!
