switched computers on LS6 no spark I do not get any spark while cranking the motor! i have new MSD on a new LS6 in my 2000 camaro. i am using a painless harness withs a VATS bypass. i had a my junk yard computer go bad. it was running just fine with the old computer till in went bad on me. so i got a brand new one from the GM and had it flashed and tuned with HP tuners. installed that computer and now i dont get any spark. my tunner said that everything is working right on his end (RPM, power, gnds etc..) so he said check your car and call me back. i have tested everything i can think of like CPK..and CMP.. all the wires going to the Coils. checked grounds. not sure how to check the coil packs with the meter but i would never think that i would lose 8 MSD coils?? .. i was thinking maybe something to do with the VATS on the painless ..that doesnt like the new computer? i get RPM signal and im getting fuel. but no spark on the spark tester. i just dont know what else would cause no spark like that. im kinda stumped?

I'm wishing I could offer a solution but think your suspicion regarding the VATS is a good one. I'd go to the dealership where you bought the computer and tell them your situation. Maybe you'll get lucky and someone in service will give you a clue on what could be wrong.
