LS1 Edit question... PLEASE HELP!!

LS1 Edit question... PLEASE HELP!! I am new to the LS1 Edit (just got it) and I am wondering if anyone can tell me a couple things?
1) What is OSS in the speedo calibration? (I know VSS below it is Vehicle Speed Sensor)
2) What's the difference between the two?
3) I have a C5 and I'm running 20's all the way around. Right now, with stock programming the speedo's WAY off and I activate my Active Handling/Traction control when I go over 50mph or spin the tires and it has to be manually disabled before I can accelerate again. Does anyone know if I change one of these or the gear size or tire size will it correct this??? I figure changing the gear instead of tire size would trick the computer into thinking the rear tire is bigger (or the front is smaller). I am guessing that if I got the right combo with the gears and tire size I could have the speedo correct AND the Active Handling working....
