SES need help pulled code using HP Tuner.

I have an SES light situation and need some help in determining the problems
these are the codes I manage to pull up with HP Tuners.

P0420
P0430
U1000
B0026
U1016
U1096

Something about Bank 2 low catalytic efficiency not sure if that means i need to replace the cat or not.....but Californias emissions are a B*tch and cats are around $180+ so anything I can do before resorting to that would help. THanks

It could mean the cat is bad, or it could also mean the front O2 is bad........and it could mean you are running rich. What are your mods?
