Default high/low timing table ??? when??

I have HP Tuners 2 bar SD and wondering what and when is the low octane spark table for? When does it go to it? Why? Does it stay there?

I always have 4* KR under boost....always. And It was just slow as hell. I copied the high onto the low table and now its back like it should. And now im not getting any KR.

I would go the the HP tuners site and look for burst knock and engine mis-fire information. It is getting the 4* from one of those tables.

I think the initial knock came from the way I had it setup. It was jumping from like 24+* and dropping instantly to 19* when boost came on. I smoothed this stransition so it gradually drops instead of suddenly. My friend had the same issues and hes had luck fixing KR on a few cars. I tried it and it got no KR now .
But im more curious on how the high/low tables work. Like when and stuff.
